I come to Adriana Cabrera State Farm with over twelve years of Customer Service experience ranging from a theme park, to retail stores, and now State Farm. While all experiences were completely different, they have made me into the Office Manager I am today. I am licensed in Home, Auto, Life, and Health for both, North and South Carolina. I was born and raised right here in Monroe, NC. I love being able to serve the community that raised me. My favorite part about insurance is knowing that my customers are protected and getting their life insurance set up to ensure their families are taken care of.

I'm originally from Monroe, NC but spent most of my life in Ixtapan de la Sal, Estado de México, where I went to school and grew up. In 2020, I returned to Monroe, NC to attend high school, and it was here that I got my first job in fast food—kickstarting my journey in customer service.
Since then, I've built over three years of experience in customer-facing roles. I genuinely enjoy helping people—whether it’s resolving a concern or simply brightening someone’s day. I bring a warm, people-first approach to everything I do, always aiming to create positive and memorable experiences.
Outside of work, I love getting creative with arts and crafts—especially crochet—and spending time with my cat, Adrien. I’m also passionate about traveling and connecting with people from different cultures, always eager to learn something new and broaden my perspective.

Originally from South Jersey, I’ve spent most of my life in Indian Trail, North Carolina. I began my career with State Farm in 1998, serving in a variety of roles and developing a strong appreciation for the company’s high standards, quality products, and outstanding customer service. After taking time off to raise my two boys, I’m proud and excited to return and be part of an amazing team. I maintain licenses in property and casualty, life and health insurance, which allow me to continue protecting and advising customers with their insurance needs.
Outside of work, my family enjoys splitting time between the Carolina beaches and the Blue Ridge Mountains. I also love reading suspense and thriller novels, spending time with family, friends, and my emotional support bearded dragon, Ruby.
